Younger Homes is proud to offer full custom builds in The Bluffs, as well as semi-custom floor plan options. All floor plans and square footages can be customized to fit your preferences. It’s helpful to review each plan and identify what you like or dislike about them. While there are no set elevations at this stage, any Bluffs architectural style can be applied to any floor plan. Our focus is first on ensuring the home’s livability before deciding on the exterior look. Some plans do include optional upgrades, but please note that the base price listed does not include land costs or upgrades. Additionally, the Bluffs ARB requires a detached garage, so the plans will be adjusted to meet that requirement.
